SUSANNAH PROCTOR WILSON
After a short illness, the death of Susannah Proctor Wilson, wife of the late T.H. Lunney, took place Saturday evening last. Her death was not entirely unexpected as she had been suffering a great deal during the past few weeks from inward trouble. However, she bore her sufferings with Christian fortitude and has gone to receive her reward in the celestial mansions above. She was a lady highly esteemed by all who knew her and deeply loved by her family. Both Mrs. Lunney and her late husband were twice married with children on both sides. Of the second marriage, Mrs. P.H. Skitch of Thurstonia (Victoria Co.), is a daughter and the late Jack Lunney, of Winnipeg, was a son. By her first marriage, there survive two daughters, Mrs. McTaggart of Winnipeg, and Mrs. Bell, of Cannington. Mr. Wm. Lunney of Sonya, Mrs. Dan. Varcoe of Creswell, and Mr. Wes Lunney of town, are children of the late Mr. Lunney. The funeral took place Monday morning from her late residence on Adelaide St., interment taking place at Salem Cemetery, Mariposa. Services were conducted by Rev. Canon Marsh of St. Paul's Church. The deceased was 66 years of age.
